What is the best flat iron product?

I have thick frzzy dry hair. i got my hair done the other day and came outta the salon with silky long managable hair. i took a shower and tried to do it myself and the results were the same FRIZZY DRY look that curls under. I blow dry then flat iron my hair. help? please! What is the best flat iron product?
Okay, so let me tell you this. If you want a ceramic flat iron, it's best to go with 100% ceramic or 100% tourmaline. (Both materials right now are top in the market.) As expected the price will be higher.

If you're thinking about getting the CHI don't. It's a waste of money and gives you a thousand split ends. I had one and used it for only 3 months. In the end my hair was dry, lifeless and found many stands of hair with multiple splits. (I found one with 6 splits!) D=

Conair is not 100% ceramic so it will end up damaging your hair as much, if not more than the CHI. Not to mention it snags your hair. (Same goes for the CHI.)

-Best Materials for Flat Irons-

Ceramic: It distributes the heat from the plates evenly so that some parts of your hair doesn't get more burnt than another area. Heats up relatively fast (about 5-7 seconds)

Tourmaline: It uses infrared heating system which doesn't burn your hair as much as a ceramic plating or any other.

PTFC heating: This works more with ceramic plates but it also radiates so and even heating across the plates. It is also far-infrared heating (the deep and safe penetration of heat into the core of the hair cortex to seal the cuticle, molding it in any desired style from straight to curls) which in other words, locks in the moisture. =D

So, if you are still looking for a flat iron but want one that is cheap that's your choice. (Cheap = Burnt hair) A rather average one that is cheap is the Conair Infinity. But if you are looking for some good quality ones definitely go for the Sedu.

Best of Luck~ =DWhat is the best flat iron product?
GHD Straighteners. They really are a god-send. They are quite expensive but they are worth every penny and last years!

Firstly, shampoo and condition your hair thoroughly, then sprinkle your hair with ';heat protection spray'; and blow-dry, then split your hair up in to different sections and sprinkle each section again with ';heat protection spray'; and straighten each section with straighteners. Depending on the pressure you apply, your hair should turn out a treat! xx
I LOVE Beyond the Zone's ';Turn up the Heat!'; I use it when I blowdry, flat iron, and when I curl, it's amazing. It eliminates frizzies and it leaves your hair SO shiny and soft. I've been using it since I was fourteen and honestly, I don't think I'll switch any time soon- if ever.

Hope you try it =)
The best flat iron is the Chi. Best products to make hair frizz-free and straight are form a compagny called Matrix.
