What is the best flat iron for very thick, long hair?

I have long thick hair and all the flat irons I've bought never straighten my hair all the way. It's always puffy. I need a flat iron that is below $100.00What is the best flat iron for very thick, long hair?
I agree with the previous poster. A CHI is the way to go. My hair is very curly and very long, and with a CHI I can get it straighter than a goth chick.

While many lower priced ones are good in their own way, you can immediately see the difference in how long it takes to straighten a single 2 inch wide strand. With a CHI, I just have to go through once and it's perfect.

I recommend buying it at Target. Why? Because they are pretty expensive and here's a trick to replacing it%26gt;%26gt;%26gt; I bought one two years ago and it crapped out during a power shortage. So I back to Target and bought a new one. THEN used that receipt to return the old one. What is the best flat iron for very thick, long hair?
Get something thats worth its money - Get the Ghd's.

From where i am, they are 拢130.00, but they are absolutely worth it. They straighten hair to the straightest abilty they can, they heat up within 10 seconds, and they are so pretty aswell.

They can curl the striaghtest hair, and straighten affro's !

Honestly, they are amazing!

I have a black pair and a baby pink pair. They are completely worth it !
I would have to say CHI. There a bit expensive though.
