What is the best flat iron in terms of quality, life span, and versatility???

i need a good long lasting flat iron. i would love one that doesnt just streighten my hair but can flip it, and curl it. i have hair that goes about 2 inches past my shoulders and it is very fine and not curly. it just gets wavy and looks way better streight. any ideas???What is the best flat iron in terms of quality, life span, and versatility???
The Chi is around $100 and at Ulta 3 or hair salons.. It gets really hot really fast and straightens so quickly and makes your hair look silky. I have a friend that has been using hers for almost 5 yrs now and it still works the same as if it was new. CHI!!! It is pricey but it's absolutely amazing. Before I bought mine I read TONS of reviews on all different types of straighteners and the consensus was that CHI is the best. I've had mine for a year now and it works wonderfully. It's absolutely amazing and I recommend to anyone looking for a straightener!
i got a flatiron called the sedu. im in loveeeeee with it. at first i got the chi because its the most popular but really i didnt think it was that amazing. the sedu is way better for me anyways. good luck.
