What is the best flat iron for really thick hair?

I have really thick hair ad I can't seem to find a good enough flat iron that works really good and actually straightens my hair. any suggestions? What is the best flat iron for really thick hair?
like ther person above me said maxiglide is great it uses steam to straighten hair inside it are little combs that make sure the hair gets straight and there's a little part in it that you part water in and when you press the buttom extra steam comes out

also I use it once a month and I have extremely curly 3c hairWhat is the best flat iron for really thick hair?
dont get the chi whatever you do.

its very popular and it's available at almost every salon that's why everyone recommends it.

it fries your hair and it breaks within a year or less.

DO NOT GET THE CHI.

the best flat iron in US is the SEDU flat iron. you can get it on folica.com

the second best is the solia, it sells for 85 dollars on folica.com too

other flat irons include john frieda, coriolis, FHI, HAI, kiyoseki, h2pro

these work quite well too.

get a flat iron that has TOURMALINE plates which contain negative ions that help with anti frizz and keep the moisture in your hair :)

DONT GET THE CHI
I also have very thick and curley hair! Ive been thru a lot of different types of straighteners and i finally found one that really works.... its called HerSyler. They are about $100 if you buy it at the mall (like i did) but u can find them on Ebay for cheaper now for about $40. They also come in pink! They really work! And its also a curling iron too! You can wrap your hair around the iron and it can give u spiral curls or make the ends curl. It works really good and ive had my straightner for about 2years now and it still works great! This straightner doesnt damage your hair either!

Heres the link on Ebay....

My hair is SUPER thick, i'm african american

%26amp; i straighten it once a week, unless it needs a touch-up which dosen't happen often.

but i use my dad's girlfriend's CHI flat iron.

it runs at about,. $120.

But there's a mini one that you can get that works just as good for about $70.
I'm not 100% sure what to tell you but one thing I do know is that it will go a lot faster if you use a thinner flat iron. Like one that's one inch wide. Don't get anything wider because it will actually take longer. So good luck!
i strongly recommend Just a plain and simple chi. its expensive however its Ceramic and used with chi thermal protector wont leave your hair damage and it heats up super fast and will straighten my super thick curls.

(: its the best
as long as it gets really hot and is made of copper you should be fine, just go to Ulta or Sallys beauty shop if you have those where you live, they can help... Ulta has a website too
Maxiglide will change your life. I have very curly, course, thick hair. It works like a charm well worth the price tag!
i use a chi and i have really thick curly hair and it works awesome on my hair!
