What's the best flat iron to use if you want to curl your hair with it?

I've seen quite a few YouTube tutorials where the girl uses a flat iron to achieve pretty, shiny curls. Unfortunately, the flat iron I have now is too bulky to make the curls with. Any suggestions? I'm looking for a reasonably priced option.What's the best flat iron to use if you want to curl your hair with it?
well there is the CHI but it costs 100 dollars, i think that is reasonable because it is good quality and it lasts a long time. its better to get a ceramic hair straightner because it causes less damage to your hair.


the one i have right now is called ceramic infra shine it looks a lot like the CHI, but its a cheaper brand it cost 50 but i think it works well :)

I love my straightener. I have the instyler that you see in tv infomercials. It works Absolutely great! You should check out the youtube video for that, or google it. It's a great product, and as you can tell I highly recommend it.
well i use a GHD and they are supposed to be used to curl too, although i have never tried it. i know the ones they sell at the kiosk's in the malls are around 100 and i see them curling girls hair all the time.

The instyler. Regular flat irons aren't meant for curling your hair with. They are too hot and not shaped for it.
u need to get a 1 inch flat iron that has to be very hot,maybe ceramic,but its also a technique..
Chi's are pretty good and PROTOUCH is awesome.
