What is the best flat iron that is reasonably priced?

I have fine hair that is not thin but not thick either. I do not want to spend over $100.00 are there any out there that work great in that price range. I just cannot afford more than that at this time and mine just broke, it was just a cheapy and I hated. I would like to get a little better one this time. What is the best flat iron that is reasonably priced?
Since you have fine hair you wanna be careful the iron is not excessively hot so that is burns your hair. I don't think you need to buy something super expensive like a CHI. Babyliss is a good brand, but can be expensive too. For you, I would suggest a 1-inch ceramic flat iron with a temperature control.

Check out this link that lists a bunch of straighteners that are good for fine hair:

chi
I have a $30 one from Target. It is a skinny one. Black with Gold plates. I believe it is a Revlon. I've had it for probably 2 years and it works great. Doesn't have an automatic shut off though so be careful. I like the skinny one best because it moves through my hair easy and it's more like a curling iron than a big plate. It gets really hot as well!
